This is my first post on a subject I’d like to introduce you as a very important matter about all young people, teachers, educators, researchers and everyone fond of communication and its tools, that means most of us.

Media Education is concerned with “helping students develop an informed and critical understanding of the nature of the mass media, the techniques used by them, and the impact of these techniques” (Ontario Media Literacy Resources Guide, 1989). To be media literate is to watch carefully and to think critically about any media text.

Time’s passed and in the New Millennium we think of Media Education  as the education to the New Media.

Ok! that’s the new face of media nowadays and now we can start our adventure!
